The Dialer Interface has been designed to work with different Dialer Software programs. It allows users to export a FLT (fixed length file) or a CSV (comma delimited) file to be used by the dialer software. Additionally, it allows users to import a Dialer results file into the debtor history in CollectMax.
This interface is an optional module. Please contact the JST Sales Department for more information on purchasing this interface.
From the
main screen of CollectMax, click the button to bring up
the Network Processes Screen.
Select the
Dialer Interface and click the 
button. User
may also double click on the Interface Name.
