button. CollectMax allows users to print the documents on the print list to a file to either be printed later or sent to a mailing company.
From the
main screen of CollectMax, click the button.
Select the
print list and click the 
button. A
confirmation screen will appear.
Click the
button.
Select the location to save the file and the file name and click save.
