Advanced

This feature changes the Advanced Screen on the Debtor Presets tab of a Client's Account.

On the tab, select the Process Type of Advanced.

• Select to change the settings on All Clients, a Client Group or a Client Set.

• Select up to three Documents to be added to a print list when an new claim is added.

• Select up to three Actions with Days Delayed to be added to a new claim.  

• Enter an Flat Collections fee to be added to a new claim.  

• Click the button.

A confirmation screen will appear.

Click the button to cancel the process. Click the button to continue and display the Protected Entry screen.

A message box will appear once the update is complete.

Click the to finish the process.
