Note codes are a quick way to add routine user-defined history notes to a debtor's account. With this feature it is no longer necessary for an operator to type repetitive history note entries. Up to 200 characters can be defined per note code.
- Click this button to print a list of your Note Codes.
- Select this button to add a
new Note Code.
-Click the modify button to edit the tagging options and
the Description field for the selected Note Code.
- Select this button to delete and replace a Note Code.
