Dialer Import Records

The Dialer Results file must be in the following format to download properly into the account history.  

• Field Codes:  The name of the field location in the File.
• Field Description:   Description of Data in the data field.
• Field Type: The data format type. # = numeric, C = Character, CCYYMMDD = Date (year, month, day)
• Field Size:  The number of spaces allotted for the data field.
• Start: The starting space in the file for the data field.  
• End:   The ending space in the file for the data field.
• Note: Additional Description of the data field.

The results file must be a fixed length file with the required data in the proper field locations.  The file will look similar as the following:
