Enhanced User Variable Viewing

This feature allows users to limit the access to user variable pages by type code.

From the menu bar,

Select Definitions, Codes, Type

To get to the type code screen.
 

Click the button to get to the User Variables Type Code

Settings Screen.

• Select the User Variable Level from the list.  
• Select the Variable Page from to be defined from the list.
• Select the Type codes allowed to display this Variable page.  Highlight the code and click the to move it to the selected list.  To allow all type codes  to view this variable tab, leave the selected type code section blank.
• Click the button to save the setup.

Continue for each User Variable Level and Page.
