Claim State Indicator

 

This feature allows users to add a colored indicator box to the upper right corner of the debtors screen for selected clients.  The colored blocks are set by status, status range or custom special process.

 Setup:

On the main menu bar of CollectMax,

select .  On the menu list,

select Codes and Claim State Indicator to bring up the Claim State Indicator Definition Screen.

For each color, enter the beginning status code and the ending status code from the  list.  To select one status code, enter it in both fields.  In the Custom Text field enter text up to 10 characters to be shown in the indicator box.  

For Example:

For every account with 105 status a box will appear in the upper right corner of the screen.

 Enable the Claim State Indicator:

From the Main Screen of CollectMax, click the button.

On the Client Find screen, select to find the client by ID or Name.  Highlight the Client in the list and click the button.

Select the tab and click the button to pull up the Claim State Indicator Settings Screen.

Select the button next to Enable Status Range CSI for the Client.  


Note: It is recommended that all users be out of CollectMax before saving the CSI settings.

Click the button to begin the process.

A warning message will appear.

Click the button to continue the process.  If the client has a large number of debtors the process could take awhile to process.

Once the process is complete, a completion message will appear.

Click the button to exit the message, and the  button to exit the settings screen.  

 Disable the Claim State Indicator:

From the Main Screen of CollectMax, click the button.

On the Client Find screen, select to find the client by ID or Name.  Highlight the Client in the list and click the button.

Select the tab and click the button to pull up the Claim State Indicator Settings Screen.

Select the button next to Enable Status Range CSI for the Client.

Click the button to begin the process.
